Vodafone providing Sim cards for greentomatocars' new service

London minicab company greentomatocars has signed a deal with Vodafone to provide free Wi-Fi its in fleet of vehicles.
Passengers travelling in any of the company's 300 cars will have access to the service, which was built by Wireless Logic and runs on individual Sim cards in each vehicle.
The free service launches tomorrow (6 July).
Greentomatocars founder Jonny Goldstone (pictured) said: 'London has long been recognised as a hub for technological innovation. In 2008 it was named the Wi-Fi capital of the world and in 2012 I think it would be fair to say it’s now the free Wi-Fi capital. You don’t have to work in the technology industry to see the importance of connectivity. With free in-car Wi-Fi we are able to offer our customers the access they need to stay connected.'
